Dance to your own Rhythm at the Kundalini Ecstatic Dance night.

We are inviting you for an ecstatic dance experience, and find unity and freedom within yourself and in the group.

Dance like no one is watching applies here. You are free to move as you want, as you see fit in the space, together or alone.

The music we have selected is an official Ecstatic Dance set, by one of my favorite DJ’s.

Guidelines for Ecstatic Dance: 

• be present. NO DISTRACTION
• be embodied. NO TALKING.
• BE CLEAR. NO INTOXICANTS.
• BE CONSENSUAL. LISTEN FOR A YES. RESPECT A NO.
• BAREFOOT. NO OUTSIDE SHOES.
• BE FREE. DANCE HOW YOU WANT. NO JUDGEMENT.
