It helps to gently release what is ready to move, while anchoring new awareness into a felt, embodied experience. This is where transformation becomes real — not just something you understand, but something you are.\nWhat to expect\nThis is not a passive experience. You are an essential part of the journey.\nWe begin by opening a grounded and intentional space together. From there, you will be guided into connection with the drum — through rhythm, breath, awareness, and intuitive expression. You may be invited to drum, to move, to sit in stillness, or simply to listen deeply.\nThe journey unfolds in waves:\n\nActivation — awakening the body and senses through rhythm\nExpression — allowing what lives inside you to move and be felt\nRelease — creating space for what no longer serves\nIntegration — anchoring insights and experiences into your system\n\nThroughout the session, we hold space for your process with care and presence, allowing your unique experience to emerge naturally.\nHow integration happens through the drum\nThe drum creates a steady, grounding pulse that the body instinctively responds to.
