DESCRIPTION:When your chakras are all aligned your energy can flow naturally, which gives you Energy and makes you feel good.\nWhen one or some of your chakras are out of balance you can feel anxiety, stress or struggle with some parts of life.\n\nIn this SOUL clinic, you will be shown an easy way to self-regulate and balance your chakras on a daily basis.\nGetting to know yourself, and how you can support your own self-healing with the energy of the chakras is a magical practice that I would love to pass on to you. Wether you are aware of some energy blocks (in throat, heart or root chakra) or just want to balance out all chakras so your life can come into a more easy flow, you are welcome to join this workshop.\n.\nWHAT WE WILL DO\n1. a bit of theory about the chakra system\n2. learn about self-regulating the chakras one by one\n3. meditate together to align the chakras and have more life force energy\n\nParticipation: The SOUL Clinic is donation-based (suggestion 5 – 15 euro).\nDuration: 16.00 – 17.30 uur\nThursday, during SOUL clinic hours\n\nYou can sign up here or just show up and join our class.
